For the record, folks, the working title for the follow-up was FAIRY GODMOFO, but the chain book stores wouldn't stock a book with a title like that (or probably any of the above - most of them would be considered too risque to be marketable). (Bitter? You bet I am!) Still waiting for the actual title to be finalized, but it'll be out in 2011!
